Some official fees at the Indonesian Intellectual Property Office have been revised, coming into effect on December 17, 2024.

Regulations on the import and export control of goods suspected of infringing trademarks and copyrights are scheduled to come into force on 16 June 2018. This will allow for the pre-registration of intellectual property rights to be applied for at customs.
